This time of year when we enter the holiday period isn't always full of joy and festivities for everyone. In fact it can be quite triggering for some. If you are actively supporting yourself in your own emotional growth and spiritual development, your inner change and transformation, when reflected outwards, may be triggering for others. In this episode, we explore this further.
When we get to know our true selves over time, we can develop clearer boundaries, deeper self-connection, and greater compassion, not only supporting our own wellbeing, but expanding our capacity to show up for the people and causes we care about.
Perhaps your own transformation may even gently inspire others to explore and discover their authentic selves too.
